Hi, I just have a real basic question. I don’t game and ended up with this Balisisk X Hyperspeed mouse. I scroll down once with the wheel, and it advances it me way too far. How can I slow the wheel’s actions?

Please use compressed air to blow away dirt under the affected button. Refer to this article. You may also check if the scrolling behavior happens to all your applications. Try connecting the mouse to another USB port or computer and see if there’s a difference.
