not able to activate 7.1 surround code

I typed in my product serial number for my brand new blackshark v3x hyperspeed headset bought directly from razer and the auto activation tool says the product is not eligible when the activation site says it is eligible.  Please help

You need to register it first. Once done, the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code will be sent via email. Just make sure to check your email spam or junk folder. Feel free to send me a PM if you need further assistance.
