Not able to log in to Razer Synapse 2


I am not able to log in to Razer Synapse 2 application. Whenever I am trying to login, I am getting error message of invalid email id/password though I can login to website with same credentials. Please help.

After uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse 2 now I am getting error "System Error [3802]. Kindly help to resolve the issue.
