Not able to pair Razer Turret Gaming Lapboard (RZ03-0133)

Lost my USB dongle, so tying to connect using Bluetooth, device does not enter pairing mode, when turn on, it is flashing 3 time red and 1 time blue continuously, tried every thing, long press power button for 3 second, 10 seconds, 20 seconds. removed battery for few minutes didn't work. Any suggestions on how to reset ?

Hey mate, I know its obvious but try these troubleshooting methods a go: 1. Just double check that it is in Bluetooth mode. Check the mode switch on the side, make sure you can see the blue Bluetooth symbol not the 2.4 symbol. 3 red and 1 constant blue does mean its in Bluetooth mode but still make sure. 2. An issue I had is that I didn't even realize that my motherboard(mobo) didn't actually have Bluetooth. Some motherboards have it and some don't, usually if your mobo doesn't have Wi-Fi antennas out the back then it doesn't have Bluetooth. What's your motherboard model? Go to device manager and see if you have a Bluetooth section in the first couple device sections. If you don't you will have to buy a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter. 3. Finally, check to see if it will connect to another computer. If it does than you know its a problem with your pc not the actual device itself. Let me know how you go!!
