Not able to register my viper ultimate
I am not able to register my viper ultimate and charging dock for warranty. The synapse recognizes my viper ultimate as well as the charging dock but when I try to register, it says serial number does not match product number...

Please send me the serial number of your Viper Ultimate. I can help you get the correct product number. Do note that the doc isn't something you can register since it is tagged as an accessory.
