Not able to return DeathAdder V2 Pro | Razer Insider

I recently bought a DeathAdder V2 Pro from Amazon. The product I received was a return sent by someone else and was missing the dongle. When I contacted Amazon to get my refund, they said they have some issue with Razer and so I need to contact them to get my refund. The Razer team also didn't do anything as they ask me to contact Amazon to get the refund.



I'm literally being pinballed by both and I need someone who can help. I have a $100 mouse that I have no use for and it's very sad and disappointing that no one can give me a refund.
