I bought a razerblade 16 on the 17 of july and it got to me on the 22th of july and i’m now trying to send it back but the website https://returns.narvar.com/razer/returns tells me that “We don’t seem to recognize the order number and email. Please double check or contact us.”
I’m not able to return it and the 14 days are about to end. I live in eu and bought the laptop from the Portuguese website so i guess i have 30 days but i would prefer to proceed as soon as possible to not risk it.
