Not being contacted by Razer's refund team
Hello folks,
I'm having a big problem with Razer's support at the moment, on 05-Jun-2020 I contacted Razer because the Ornata V2 I got that day has a key that doesn't click at all, which I contacted them by e-mail, no response for a week I took a chance at the livechat, which I told I wanted a refund, after which they'd get the refund team to contact me within 72 hours, I honestly didn't want to risk getting another faulty product.
That was on 12-Jun-2020, and I get that Corona has hit companies hard, but I just want to return my product and get my money back, I've wasted 1-2 hours on this and I'm getting tired of it.
Currently I can't contact live chat again, my working hours stop me from doing so. What should I do at this point? This is dragging on for way too long.
