Not charging beyond 4 %

Looks like synapse bug (indicator bug) if you can use it few days on “4%” charged.

But on the other side the red led blinking is strange..

As now its has going down to 1%, Idk how long it will last. Kabel/Dock nothing works to charge it

Update, It has shutdown and its not chargeing anymore

So the battery is dead. If you still have valid warranty - rma it.

How many years warranty do you have for the mouse?

Friends, the solution is easy, you just have to turn off the mouse and then open it to disconnect the battery, we close it. We connect it to the PC via USB cable, turn on the mouse and use it for a few minutes, then disconnect it, turn off the mouse, and reconnect the battery, screw the mouse back together, put the white pads on, and voila, it starts charging normally.

Amigos la solucion es facil, solo tiene que apagar el mouse y luego abrirlo para desconectar la bateria, cerramos.
conectamos via cable usb al pc encedemos el mouse y lo utilizamos unos minutos, luego desconectamos, apagamos el mouse, y volvemos a conectar la bateria, atornillamos el mouse, colocamos los pads blancos y voila, empieza a cargar normal.
