I my razer viper ultimate is nog charging beyond 4%. I have cleaned everthing around the dock and the mouse and still nog charging beyond 4%. But i can use the mouse multiple hours/days on this. Anything that can fix this so the red flikkering light goes away?

+1Looks like synapse bug (indicator bug) if you can use it few days on “4%” charged.
But on the other side the red led blinking is strange..
+1So the battery is dead. If you still have valid warranty - rma it.

Friends, the solution is easy, you just have to turn off the mouse and then open it to disconnect the battery, we close it. We connect it to the PC via USB cable, turn on the mouse and use it for a few minutes, then disconnect it, turn off the mouse, and reconnect the battery, screw the mouse back together, put the white pads on, and voila, it starts charging normally.
Amigos la solucion es facil, solo tiene que apagar el mouse y luego abrirlo para desconectar la bateria, cerramos.
conectamos via cable usb al pc encedemos el mouse y lo utilizamos unos minutos, luego desconectamos, apagamos el mouse, y volvemos a conectar la bateria, atornillamos el mouse, colocamos los pads blancos y voila, empieza a cargar normal.
