Not Charging with PC shut down

I use my Razer Basilisk Ultimate for some time now.

But when since a few days my loading dock won’t charge my mouse, when my PC is shut down. Charging via USB is active (tested this with my smartphone, it is charging on that port when my PC is shut down), but the dock wont charge my mouse. If I set my PC in sleep mode it works just fine, mouse loads and is blinking in red/yellow/green fitting the charging percentage.

How to fix it, so the mouse is charging when my PC is shut down too?

 

Liked to contact support, but couldnt find a support line for europe

I have the same issue, would like to know an solution.
As ofcourse i want to charge my mouse when i am not using it. 

That happens to be the time my PC is turned off.

It’s a PC related thingy.

 

Check BIOS for settings like USB always on (or similar) option, turn it on. Some motherboards (or even laptops) have 1-2 dedicated always-on USB it really depends on the laptop or motherboard that you have.
