not detecting devices

Sudenly my razer Synapse doesnt detect neither my mouse nor my keyboard . I tried reaplying the serial number to register the item but it says unknown. Been using synapse without issue for 4 years with same products.i tried reinstalling and trying different ports for my devices but no change so far. Edit: i managed to register my mouse , but it still wont appear on razer synapse
