Hi, I submitted all the info to get this promo code but I’m still not receiving it in my email inboxes.

If you’re talking about your Razer ID , then we recommend giving it at least 24 hours to receive your promo code after updating your profile or signing up. Otherwise, PM me the link and SS of your profile and I’ll see what I can do for you.

I had the exact same issue, got sent the link to complete all details for €20 off next order and after doing so received nothing. Pretty annoying.

I know right, i think its happened to multiple people are razer scamming people?

It’s the World ID app I think that’s causing the issue. Its requires validation to complete a user profile but often doesn’t and/or validation isn’t available in many countries.


In any case giving away your personal data for a small discount isn’t a great idea to begin with so might be for the best it doesn’t work.
