Not Getting Travel Powerhouse (Laptop) Achievement

Hi There I have a Razer blade and it is registered with my razer id but it's not showing up here in Razer Insider and I am not receiving the achievement for having a razer laptop. Please see attached screenshots.
Current: Blade Atheris Gloiathus Extended Ornata Old: Mamba Orochi BlackWidow Ultimate Vespula Lycosa

    Has the blade been registered since October? Sometimes the achievements can take a while to show up for you to redeem, but it shouldn't be longer than a couple weeks from my experience.

    Hi @Jenjar Yup it has I think it was around Oct that I registered it, looking at my Razer ID Integration it has my Ornata and Atheris listed which were registered at the same time (got them when I got the Blade) the weird thing is I also have Atheris Dock listed twice which I have no idea what that is and the Atheris was never registered as a device in warranty.

    I'm having similar issue. Registered Laptop and Headset during December 2018. Still no "Travel Powerhouse" or "You're Surround-ed" achievements on my profile.

    Hopefully, someone in actual support sees this and helps out.
    They did update "You're Surround-ed", but not "Travel Powerhouse". I'll send a follow up after another couple days. So far, I'm extremely pleased with both product and service. :smile_:
