Not receiving codes for 2-step authentication and email

I’m trying to make a game purchase but it requires me to enter a code before I can proceed. I use Google Authenticator and received no codes there (same email as razer account), I receive nothing in my email too. Trying to change any settings on my account now require these codes too, except I can’t receive a single one so I’m just kinda stuck being able to do nothing… how do I fix this?
