Cannot receive any one time pin through my registered phone number (PH) regardless if it's chrome or Firefox. Unable to get backup codes to. Pls help

I have been able to change my 2FA to an Authenticator App as well thanks to Razer Support.just create a support ticket to Reset2FA of your account then set it up now to app authentication like microsoft authentication. They response after a day.
