Not receiving Razer ID codes to email

I created my Razer ID with Apple’s “hide my email” feature and I’m not receiving any verification codes to the email. My “hide my email” is 4ky9j655js@privaterelay.appleid.com. This issue has persisted for too long now and I really want help to get it fixed.
