Not receiving Surround sound 7.1 Code after registration

I just bought the Homerun Bundle and my Kraken V3 Headphones did not come with the activation code for the 7.1 feature in them. Following the instructions, I registered my device but was not able to get an activation code. Please help me!

    Please send me the serial number of the headset. I can use that to verify if the model you have is eligible for a code. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
