I am experiencing an issue with the 2-Step Authentication for my account. The OTP code is not being delivered to my registered phone number or email address, which is preventing me from completing a transaction.
I have already submitted a support ticket but have not received a response yet. In the meantime, I have taken the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Verified that my phone number and email are active and able to receive messages.
- Checked all folders in my email (including spam and junk) for the OTP email.
- Attempted to resend the OTP multiple times, allowing sufficient intervals between attempts.
- Ensured that my network connection is stable.
