I hope i can get some help on this. I have the razer trinity and the razer tartus pro. Both have been customed using Synapse 3. My pc crashed so i reinstalled windows and installed Synapse 3 but when i go to import from the cloud, i dont see anything. What steps do I need to do, to grab the profiles/mappings from Razer cloud?
