Battery became bloated, so it was replaced with a new one. However, before replacing, it no longer powers on or charges (No Orange Light Indicator). It would not operate when plugged in without the battery. If the button is held down for 10 seconds or more, an indicator will flash white (Power reset working). The charger was tested with an output of 19.5V, so it is not faulty. 

I don’t know what to do anymore.
