i have a problem with my razer headset. it is not visible on my computer in device menager and not visible in Speakers/Headphones selection in bottom right section of my windows 10. the laptop speakers are working fine, but the headset i plug in is not. please help, because i bought them for 180pln and the other it forums aren't willing to help me it seems. i can pass you any information you want; Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz, 8gb ram, 64 bit os and processor, Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620, Realtek(R) Audio, help please Edit #1: i wanted to post DxDiag file, but site doesn't allow txt file extension Edit #2: it looks like my headset is Razer Kraken X

Do you have a USB or an analog variant? Better yet, PM me the serial number of the headset so I can validate the model. I'll take it from there.
