Not working while plugged in Lancehead wireless

I have a Lancehead wireless, it's working properly when not connected to an usb port, but as soon I connect the mouse simply vanishes from synapse "maybe it's the cable, maybe it's port, i dunno maybe it's the mouse itself". Turns out I tried on another pc, it works perfectly. So I tried all the ports on my pc and uninstalled cortex (yes removed all peripherals) It did work, I could use the mouse while it was charging! I started plugging my peripherals again and the mouse stopped working.... Then I thought "maybe the peripherals are at fault" I removed everything again, but it didn't work while plugged. The funny thing is, it's charging normally while plugged in.
