NumPad mapping no longer working on Naga in Synapse 4

Hello,

I’ve been using the Razer Naga since the very first model, and I’ve always mapped the thumb buttons to NumPad keys.

Since installing Synapse 4, this no longer works. The buttons now only register as the standard number keys 1–6 from the main keyboard. Even after remapping them, Synapse 4 still outputs the default 1–6 instead of the NumPad keys.

How can this issue be fixed? Until then, I’ll have to switch back to Synapse 3

    Having a similar issue myself. Using a NAGA Trinity, im unsure why its not working and ive tried every possible fix/iteration, its really annoying because playing MMO’s i use the 1-7 num pad keys
