I have an RB15 Advanced with the 2070 Super Max-Q. The current display driver version is 26.21.14.4345 (for version 443.45), which came from the Windows Update. However, the latest driver from Nvidia's own website is version 497.9.
What's the general advice for this? Keep what windows has provided, or update from Nvidia?

The drivers from Microsoft are WHQL certified and will be generally behind the manufacturers own driver versions due to the certification process. I have always used Nvidias GEForce Experience and their drivers on all of my machines with no problems.
