Hello, I have a problem with my razer blade 15 laptop, 

The graphics card (3080 laptop) has not been detected for a long time (I had called customer service 1 year ago) since then I tried to update windows, drivers, bios and did a factory reset but it still doesn't work and the only usable graphics card is the Intel one.

Can you help me ? This Laptop is unusable for my work.

Graphics : Nvidia RTX 3080 Laptop

RAM : 32gb
