Nvidia Optimus won't work

Hello, I own a Razer blade 15 (2021) base model. I use the nvidia optimus mode when i work, to reach de 5-6 hour of battery life. (When i use the dedicated graphics card only, a rtx 3070 in my case, i usually get 1h30 of battery life, and a bit more when i use 60hz). My problem is that since a week now, even if i use the Nvidia optimus mode and set my refreshrate to 60hz i only get 1h30 like if my pc is using the dedicated graphics card only. I have already updated razer synapse and my graphic card driver but it didnt fix nothing. I really need fix this issue because 1h30 of battery life, is clearly not enough when i'm working. If anyone knows what I should do, please let me know. Thank you.
