NZ site order issue

Hi, I've placed an order for the HyperPolling Dongle on 13-Dec, but I had yet to receive any confirmation email nor charges to my credit card. I did printed out the invoice with order ID, went to check on my order history and its empty so I'm confused if the payment went through or not. Could any CS help me out? Thank you.
