Dont know if my seria l number is an o or a 0 and cant contact support if i dont have my serial number, in stuck in a loop

    Thank you for sharing your concern here. Please send me a PM along with a clear photo of the device's serial number label so I can take a closer look and help determine whether the character is an "O" or a "0".

    If device is visible in Synapse 4 → go to your device settings, then click the (?) symbol in top right → from there you can just hit COPY button to copy the serial number.
