OEM Replacement Razer Battery Not Showing in Windows

Model: Razer Blade Stealth 13 (Early 2020) RZ09-0310

I had the battery swelling issue that so many have had with my laptop and replaced it with an OEM Razer battery but for whatever reason, Windows does not seem to acknowledge that there is a battery attached.

It holds a charge and functions, but does not show in the OS. I’ve tried updating drivers, deleting the battery controller from Device Manager and everything else I’ve seen online to no avail. Anyone know how to resolve this issue or force the system to recognize a new battery?

    I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Blade Stealth 13” (2020) battery issue. Was the laptop battery replaced by a 3rd party? Please try t perform the steps here to further isolate the problem. Feel free to PM me with your laprop serial number so I can check for other workarounds. All the best!
