Now the problem I am having with the headset is that whenever I am using it eventually it starts to disconnect and reconnect repeatedly.
It does it every now and then, maybe roughly five to ten minutes or so and it also seems to do it when the volume is either too loud or the frequency spikes too high (I don’t have this problem with any other device).
Another problem I have with the headset is that when its plugged in but not being used at all it causes all other audio devices to freak out and start crackling and lagging which is strange.
It also seems to be slowing down some programs and making them all jittery which sound even more strange than the above but I did some testing with it plugged in and not and the difference is there.
This is whilst its not being used btw.
So the questions I have are as follows…
Q1: Is there a way to hard reset this headset? Like can I press and hold the button on it for some time to reset it or do I need to do that in the software itself.
Q2: If all else fails I may have to look for an alternative, I have seen that Razer released a v3 but my question now is does that have the same problems or any problems that or worse? Is it a good alternative to the v1?
