Doesn't matter what time of day you call. Bad enough they literally try to hide their phone number but they don't even answer it. Not once in three years have I heard anything besides a recorded message telling you to call back.
More nonsense from the worst customer service. Company in the world. Of course I found several forum entries about this but as usual razer moderators are closing comments to prevent customers from discussing Razer's incompetence and failures. Typical accountability dodge.
Don't buy Razer products. They don't service what they sell and the quality of their devices is going steadily downhill.
I'll be buying steel series instead.
