Hi my dudes and dudettes..



So I got my new blackshark v2 and was really looking forward to trying it out and customizing sound, couldn't find the surround button in synapse(haven't used razer in years and came back to it with some faith...) and found out that its a new app they have and that I need an activation key which should be in the box with the headset(it wasn't).



I quickly go here and see that multiple people have not received their activation key either, So I go to submit a ticket to get my key so that I can actually use the headset I just paid 200$ for. To which I find out that in the support section of the razer site I scroll down to find a drop down of different things to report, I select razer software and click submit(?) the site just refreshes and I'm clueless.



After fumbling around the support site and not being able to contact the support in any way I find my way over to Reddit where I see the support crew is active so now for me to actually get some support on the product I paid for I have to go to an external site to get help.



Ps: The odds of this getting returned instead of waiting for support on a feature every other gaming product has in their software as a button to switch on and off is very high.
