on my razer huntsmanv3 65% he isn't registering key presses sometimes

all i have to do is unplug and replug the keyboard and it works fine but the rgb stays on but i cant click anything

    Thank you for the update. Since unplugging and reconnecting the keyboard temporarily resolves the issue, but the RGB remains on while the keyboard becomes unresponsive, I'd like to check your device details and assist you further.
