Unfortunately I don’t believe that Razer has an official repair/technical support location that is accessible to the public. Its likely they have an internal support team that handles warranty repairs though. If you need face-to-face technical support, most reputable repair places should be able to help you. Unless it’s audio, mobile, or mice related, it is rare to find repair places for those. I would honestly suggest contacting Razer support and just seeing if they can help you with any specific problems you might have.

Thanks for the info.

I got a swollen battery in my Blade 15. It’s definitely out of warranty, but I am OK to cover the cost.

Even if I take it to a third party tech support, I suppose they would need to source the part. Not sure if I can source the part myself…

That shouldn’t be a problem at all! Batteries are Usually really easy to find as manufactures are required to offer replacement parts and Razer just recently started working much closer with iFixit. Head over to the iFixit website and see if you can find the kit for replacing the battery, should come with all the gear you need to do it and instructions!

Otherwise, contact the iFixit team to see if they can source something for you. I would go to them to source something before I go to Razer support because they usually are much quicker at getting an answer haha.
