onboard webcam and mic not found
Since 4 months the mic on my razer blade 15 advanced model is not working. now my onboard webcam stopped working and i cant even find it in settings.
I even tried to do a complete new setup of windows but nothing worked.
Can someone pls help me?
I cant understand that such basic functions dont work in a high-end device like this and im really frustrated...

Texicosame issue. it is very annoying
My webcam also just stopped working, and my Razer blade 15 is less than 6 months old

Hello guys! Was everything covered? Have you contacted our Support Team? Also, did you receive any Windows updates recently? Please send me the following:
a. Screenshot of Device Manager showing the missing camera driver
b. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)
c. Screenshot of your Windows Update history.
d. Synapse 3.0 logs.
e. Photo of the BIOS main tab
