Hey everyone, facing an issue with my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X. One earbud suddenly died today. It was at 50% battery when I accidentally triggered pairing mode and used “forget device” on my phone simultaneously. The earbud drained completely in under a minute, started rapid green flashing, then shut off permanently.
Since then it won’t turn on, won’t charge, no LED response at all. Tried charging for 2+ hours with no result.
Purchase date: December 2023. Out of warranty by 6 months.
Has anyone faced this? Is there any fix or should I directly contact Razer support for a goodwill replacement?
