This is my second pair of hammerhead true wirless earbuds. The first pair had one earbud that didn't work at all from the start, no matter what I tried and also didn't connect to the app (the app won't detect them unless both have connected to the phone). Sent them back.
My second pair worked well for ~ 2 weeks (besides cutting out at traffic lights and when my phone was in my pocket) and now have a similar problem. One earbud is not charging and only the fully charged one connects to my phone. One time when I did get them both connected, the app said one was 100% charged, and the one that was playing up was 10%.
I'm really not willing to send yet another pair of these back. Third time lucky, but I think I'll go with another brand unless I can be assured not to face more problems again.
