One of my keys is starting to 'stop working'

So, first of all I'm from Mexico so I can't apply for RMA. I'm having an issue (another one) with my Blackwidow Chroma v2, I bought it on November 2017 at razer store (online) so I'm having an issu with the key E. I barely use force when typing so I notice this quickly, sometimes when I'm typing the letter E isn't working, it need a little bit more strength, but now it's annoying because if I'm writing a word with E I need to go back to that word and try to press one or two times E. And now I had a problem while gaming which was worse, I was playing CSGO and I use the key E to plant the bomb, so I was on site I pressed E hard to activate the bomb and while the bomb was being activated (holding letter E) I stopped plating bomb even when I was keeping holding down the key. So, as you can say this is pretty annoying, even writing all this post was very annoying, I've tried cleaning the keyboard, I removed all the caps and I cleaned it thoroughly but this issue remains, so... is there something I can do to fix this?
