I have bought today Blackshark v2 x. When i am plugging headset in, one side doesn’t work, while the other side and micro are working. This headphones has 3.5 mm analog connections. Have u guys andy ideas what can i do?

+1I’d test on another device first, and if it’s still the same - return the headphones.
