Online Support Chat function not working (UK) | Razer Insider

Does anyone know how else to get support from Razer in the UK as I have an issue with my headset and can’t seem to use the chat feature? I have checked my product is within warranty but it then only gives me the option of the chat function but this doesn’t do anything. I’m using a laptop with Chrome browser as read on other threads to avoid Mac and Iphone as potential issues but it still isn’t working for me. Any help appreciated
