Only one earphone produce sound

Hi all, Hi sifu, My razor rz04- 0193 wireless in ear headset have problem:- 1- only one can hear the sound normally. The other side produce very slow sound ( hear like only tweeter produce sound, no midbass). 2- when charging or turn on the bluetooth, the green/ red light on for the left side only. No light for the right side. Is there any solution or place i can repair my razor?
