Open Windows folder with Synapse?
I haven't found any way to open Windows folders inside of Synapse. The only was I was able to do it was by creating a batch-file and linking that. Am I missing something or is there really no option built in to do that? It seems like a pretty basic / important function to me.

Well, then the question I have is how do you do this natively in Windows without using .bat files? (I'm a Mac guy, really, so have no idea)
Well Windows natively is a bit limited. I tend to just use "pinned" and "recently used folders" for that. But I can't access that with Synapse. So I think for Synapse the workaround with .bat is the best option available.

Well when it comes to workarounds I am using using .bat files, which you can execute / link in Synapse. That is a little better / faster IMO But yeah I guess I will just open another feature request then, with a link to this thread.

Hey, @VividAmbergardencool660 , there is a way to do it from Synapse 3, but with a macro. @Razer.Caziel is right, of course: you should definitely put in a feature request for this functionality, though. You are not the first person I've seen on here who wants to do that same thing.
If you create a shortcut to the folder you want to open, you can then go into the properties of that shortcut and create a hotkey to open the shortcut.
Then go into Synapse 3 and create a macro that performs that hotkey (I tested it with Ctrl + Alt + G to open a folder on my desktop), and assign that macro to a button on your awesome Razer peripheral.
A couple of extra steps, but it totally works!

Oh, that. You can call it a software limitation as of this time but I highly recommend that you send in a feature request via the Submit Feedback function in the app.

I'm honestly a bit confused. Can you elaborate? A screenshot or two would help me catch on.

Basically this feature but with the ability to choose the folder. I want to press a button that opens a folder I specified.
