Opus impossible to factory reset

Hello, i try to hard reset my opus late 2020 (bluetooth 5 with AAC) serial starting with IN... Holding the volume up + down + power with wire plugged doesnt do anything I try to hard reset it because wired sound with ANC is way too low and read it could fix the problem, the opus is updated to latest firmware 1.2.0.0 thx

    Looks like the factory reset is only possible to the first OPUS version...

    That's not part of Razer's official fix/workaround for this headset. By the way, I replied to your PM. Let me help you initiate an investigation. I'll wait for your follow-up privately.
