Holding the volume up + down + power with wire plugged doesnt do anything
I try to hard reset it because wired sound with ANC is way too low and read it could fix the problem, the opus is updated to latest firmware 1.2.0.0

Looks like the factory reset is only possible to the first OPUS version...
