Opus White/Static Noise Issue

I've had my razer opus for a few weeks now and as of the last firmware update I am hearing white noise/static I connect them to any device either through bluetooth or wired. I love these headphones but the white noise sound becomes super noticeable with lower music. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I have the same issue, but it only happens in the left headphone when ANC is on. Have you been able to find a solution for this?

I just recieved the headset and I have the same issue. Noise with ANC and bluetooth on or off. I asked for a refund immediately.
