I recently bought Oranta v2 as my first Razer product for my pc and it works fine.
Except when I try to lower or increase the RGB brightness whether using the fn keys or the Synapse app the RGB effects freeze and the brightness stops at a level and won't increase or decrease by any means the LED also freezes and sometimes the volume button gives a late response the only way to fix this is by unplug the keyboard and plug it back into the pc
I tried to uninstall the driver and the synapse but nothing works
I have tested the keyboard on my laptop and it worked fine, however, I can't find a fix for this problem as I mainly bought the keyboard for my pc
I looked online as well couldn't find a fix for my problem.
