I have multiple profiles that I switch between in different software

Each profile has a specific key color layout to denote each button's function.

When I switch between profiles a few times (and sometimes even when I don’t), it will freeze Chroma Key lighting to a any one of the profile's key lighting. the buttons function and it will still swap still without issue.

The only way to clear the issue is to unplug/replug the orbweaver to reset it (it’s plugged into the onboard USB 3.0 port). This freezing happens very frequently.

This issue makes it difficult to tell which profile I’m on and what buttons are currently assigned to what keys and whether I’ve actually pressed the key.

 

This is on a fresh install windows 10 PC running the latest 22H2.

my PC Specs are:
Mobo-ASROCK B650 PG Lightning
CPU-AMD Ryzen 7800X3D
RAM-Kingston Fury Beast 64GB (2x32GB 36cl 6000MT)
SSD-Kingston KC3000 2TB,M.2


I've done a complete uninstall and reinstall of Synapse 2.0, program and drivers with no change to the issue.

on further investigation, this issue seems to be specific to custom lighting profiles, I can’t seem to reproduce the issue when switching between preset lighting effects, something in the custom lighting appears to be the cause of this.

 

can someone at Razer look into the custom lighting profiles and figure out what’s going on? when custom effects are used, there is a constant stream of transfers several hundred executed per second.
