Orbweaver Chroma lightning freeze

Hi guys, so i have a problem with my Orbweaver Chroma, everything works fine if i use a preset color option. But when i'm in the configurator and personalise my lightning the Orbwaever will freeze if i change it more than three or 4 times. So my lightning is stuck, i have to disconnect an reconnect it. This happens now everytime i switch anything (if costume lightning is set), switching through profiles ... stuck! switching through key assignments ... stuck! I already contacted the razer support but no fix. The funny thing is, it works on any other PC without getting stuck. Made several new clean installs, no fix. I set up new and clean OS, and razer synapse 2 was the first thing i installed, no fix. I also asked if I could use my warrenty but they said the problem is my PC so no warrenty case. I'm helpless.
