Orbweaver Chroma not recognised in Synapse 2

Hi I have 2 PCs and 2 Orbweaver Chroma's in two homes, I have tried everything from deleting all Razer files and re-installing Synapse 2 on numerous occasions, still not recognised. I am not the only person to have this issue, why can't Razer add this product to Synapse 3, is it a matter of Razer trying to force me to purchase 2 new models, I had a previous issue with Razer when they never supported my Megalodon headphones, Razer equipment is excellent but the support on older models is very poor, Razer should do better.
