I bought an orbweaver Chroma because I got back into an old RPG. The color spectrum cycle doesn't sync with my Blackwidow or Naga. The Blackwidow Keyboard and the Naga both cycle together through the spectrum cycle. The naga uses synpase 2.0, and the blackwidow and naga use Synapes 3.0

It seems like there's a way to connect to 'other chroma enables devices' but i cant seem to figure out how to get them all on the same color at the same time. I also cant seem to get in touch with Razer customer support. which is very frustrating. Can anyone help with this?
